Our affiliated company Dantex Partners, LLC is able to purchase a wide variety of materials and equipment, particularly healthcare equipment. Dantex has years of experience procuring products for clients, for a fee, and will manage the entire process, including information gathering, product reviews and recommendations, tender notification, supplier contact, background review, negotiation, fulfillment, etc.
Real Estate Brokerage
The principal of our affiliated company Dantex Partners, LLC is a licensed real estate broker. Dantex can act as a broker on behalf of our clients for any type of real estate transaction. We assist sellers in completing comparative market analysis, marketing their property and guiding them through the selling process. We assist buyers in the buying process, negotiating the purchase agreement, preparing contracts, etc.
JPAC has comprehensive experience in the field of high end custom homes. While this area is not JPAC’s primary focus we do take on technically challenging residential work from time to time.
